Sometimes, we just close our eyes and escape to the fantasy! Our world, the ideal! What if a day aligns with that fantasy and everything turns out to be perfect?
We feel on top of the world. Serene breeze amid the chaos. We feel happy; life meets the most perfect, beautiful journey possible. Things are how we always wanted them to be, and we get the main character vibes! We want it to stay; we want it to be 'forever'. We want this absolute ecstasy to fill every bit of sorrow and heartsickness out there! Good vibes. Good aura! Happy enough to take in the soothing fragrances and the scenery. The people we meet, the impressions we make, and the landmarks we reach, are all so perfect!
But... somewhere in the heart, is the fright.
There comes a sense of hyperventilation about the possibility of the next moment being screwed.
Somewhere inside, we know that the perfect routine doesn't last long. The way things feel today may not be the same tomorrow.
Something or the other will inevitably disrupt our peace.
Sometimes, the most blessed moments get spoilt in the fright of losing them to the usual grief.
We ask ourselves, will it last? or will it fade to get back a lot later?
But the real secret lies inside. It might sound a tad corny, but our happiness stems from within us, how we look at things. We are the ones who create perfection in every moment and fully embrace its essence. No matter howsoever, the situation is; we can always shower flowers, decorate hearts, and induce happiness!

I just liked the one line where you said that People spoils the best day of their life in the thought of the next day which can be either good or bad.
If true happiness comes from within and our perspective of life then what about the people undergoing through extreme conditions, undergoing through literal hell on earth , undergoing through kidnapping , molestation, slavery and the humans are working on increasing this list.
If true happiness were to come from inside then we would have been living in a socialist eutopia where everyone was happy and satisfied but the matter of fact is that in this current scavenging society of ours, where self desires drives every individual, happiness is but a high that we get on conquering any of our difficulties and yes , these difficulties are depended on our perspective.
Beautiful thought☺️
