Trapped in a Dream or Walking Into It?

How do you help yourself when you can't stop falling asleep in a class? Or when you're stuck in a not-your-type environment but you gotta stay anyway? Or when you can't sleep and it's too late to be awake? Or when there is no spark in life lately? Or everything feels repetitive, and nothing excites you?
Do you also escape? Do you also mentally check out?
To another dimension, where your deepest desires play out like reality! That may or may not be close to reality, but imagining it happening is inner satisfaction as if you just lived that!
'Giving dreams to the eyes, asking the questions and answering them myself—on your behalf.'
I translated this from a Hindi song ;) and that is what happens, right? In fact, we even imagine people's voices in the scene!
Because we direct the imagination like a movie. Hence the pleasant conversations, lovely moments, and whatnot!
Even the success delusions feel so empowering!
Picture warm lights at a gathering with us (of course as the main character), sharing the story about how we got there, speaking with the perfect balance of humility and confidence! Is that how you imagine it?
Or maybe you envision the lifestyle you’re going to have!
You can almost hear the sound of that sports car engine revving as you pull into the driveway.
Or, like, the world is yours, and the only question is which outfit and luxury accessory to carry today!
Hehe... too much, I understand! But a beautiful escape indeed! Best entertainment we can create for ourselves!
What's more to it?
Umm.. to attract all of it in actual life! Are we manifesting things this way? I read it in a famous book that the universe brings us what we truly believe in—what we transmit through our thoughts, energy, and visualization.
But when it comes to manifesting, there’s one 'step’ that’s truly involved: YOU HAVE TO BE DELUSIONAL.
Like truly delusional, okay?
Not “Maybe I’ll achieve this.”
Not “It will happen soon.”
Not even “One day.”
No. It is ALREADY your reality, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.
What’s stopping us from receiving what we desire? Our own doubt? We don’t fully believe it’s already ours. And that hesitation? That’s the gap between wanting and having.
But but but but...
Blind delusion is not a manifestation.
Believing in unrealistic desires is beautiful but also dangerous. False hopes pull us so deep into fantasy that reality feels like a letdown.
It’s comforting but addictive—because sometimes the fantasy feels safer than the truth.
I recently realized, that being in delusion might feel like using the law of attraction, but it is not manifestation, because delusion can be out of the world, in another dimension! And manifestation?
Is it a realistic delusion?
Where we calculate the way to get there and how to get it.
Where your imagination isn’t a separate world—it’s the first draft of your reality.
Where the wormhole between reality and fantasy is thinner and can be crossed with effort, concrete action, and belief.
Think, believe, move there, and wait... slow magic happens.
Because here’s the thing I observed—there are moments in life that unfold in ways that leave us speechless. The things we once deeply yearned for, the visions that seemed so far away, quietly slip into existence.
And when they do, we’re left in awe—
“Oh, this is exactly what I wanted...”
“Oh, I have been here before…” (in the mind)
Even in the smallest things you imagine!
It feels almost effortless, yet deeply familiar, as if the universe had been quietly working behind the scenes all along.
It’s the quiet certainty, or perhaps—it’s just the way the universe aligns.
Go ahead, the world is yours!!!
The best part? You're happy 24/7—because in your mind, you're already living the life you want :)

Amazingly articulated alongwith width and depth of life visualization.
I could sum it up as 'fake it than make it'...
Watching your dreams come alive in real life is a deal too good to turn down. Who wouldn't it all to be picture perfect? But more often than not, reality is stranger than fiction. Our dreams often manifest themselves in the most unexpected ways. So even if things don't seem to be going as planned (they rarely do ;)) take it as a sign that fate has something even better in store :D.
And as always, loved the read! Your words never fail to inspire <3.
Dreaming is easy, but living those dreams is an art! Wonderfully written.
Aankho ko khwaab dena
Khud hi sawaal karke
Khud hi jawaab dena
Teri taraf se is this the song🙃
'You have to be DELUSIONAL'... The facts you shared regarding it just blew my mind. This is simply wow...
